This fully automated line is suitable for cream/caramel filling as well as filling materials like nuts, rice crisps, dried fruit pieces, etc.
All parameters can be entered and an unlimited number of formulas can be saved on the PLC screen.
Moulds are conveyed to work stations on pin chains.
Thanks to its single operator structure this machine provides maximum savings in time and workmanship.
Mould flipping, hammering and product output are fully automated and do not require additional workmanship.
One-shot depositor driven by servo motors is jacketed and temperature-controlled. In addition to cocoline it can easily work with products with cocoa oil.
Thanks to motion control interior wall of the product can be at any desired thickness.
Piston diameters can be modified according to product characteristics.
Re-suction feature controlled by servo motors allows operation with zero error margin for weight of mould pressed product.
Size of the tunnel where moulds are cooled off by being circulate on 6 levels may vary according to depositor width, climate conditions and characteristics of operation space.
Tunnel hatches are fully made of stainless steel and isolated to prevent any heat transfer from inside to outside or outside to inside.
